COR Boot Camp Philosophy
Boot camps are a unique experience at COR. Our sessions focus on overall health, injury prevention, goal attainment, enjoyment, and community building. Each boot camp session begins with 15 minutes of injury prevention/rehabilitation, followed by a dynamic warm-up to heat up the body. Once each individual is warmed-up, COR boot camps provide a systematic, closely monitored program ranging from resistance training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), oxidative (aerobic training), balance training, team building, and much more. We finish each COR boot camp with a cool-down, relaxing and energizing the body. COR instructors will utilize their knowledge in biomechanics, orthopedics, physiology, and kinesiology to ensure a safe, effective, efficient workout.
The COR boot camp offers complimentary monthly screening and goal setting, ensuring goal achievement and injury prevention. This session helps us individualize our programs even in a group setting!
