If you are a meat eater and haven’t heard of a Sous Vide, I couldn’t recommend it more! It cooks meat to perfection, while giving you smudge room if you are busy (like we all are). We have an Anova Sous Vide and it is one of the best purchases (don’t tell my wife) that we’ve made for the kitchen. - Trader Joe’s Coffee BBQ rub
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Liquid smoke
- Vacuum sealed with about a teaspoon of liquid smoke.
- Sous vide at 130* for 6 hours.
- Finished on the grill for a couple of minutes on each side.
